So there is a new kid on the block when it comes to cleaning your windows & glass!
It turns out that adding a little fabric softener to warm water will give you amazing results – streak free, sparkling windows.
We’ve mentioned before how a little vinegar added to your water will give a streak free finish when cleaning your windows, but this latest “hack” is another level and takes it a step further. Adding fabric softener will also give you fantastic results for cleaning the window frames, internal glass doors, plant pots, mirrors, picture frames and even tiled & wooden floors. Of course, an added benefit is everything will smell great too (unlike with vinegar!), so this hack is win all around.
To get your perfect mix, just add a cap of softener into a bowl three quarter filled with warm water, mix it up and then use a cotton or microfibre cloth to start cleaning! You can add the mix into a squirty bottle if you like as well.
You may need to add some more water depending on the thickness of the softener. But once you get your perfect mix, you’re going to love the results.
